Certified spotlight: CoFounder.AI, an AI cofounder that reports to the founder
Disclosure Software as a Partner was first described by CoFounder.AI, and the SaaP Standards Committee’s founding members are affiliated with it. CoFounder.AI is held to the same SaaP Test as every other product, and wherever it is named, that connection applies.
CoFounder.AI is built for founders and small business owners who have more work than people. It pairs each founder with an AI cofounder and a team of AI specialists, and it is certified at Level 3 (Partner).
What it does
The founder brings the business: the idea, the customers, the goals. The AI cofounder keeps one continuous picture of it across web chat, text messages and phone calls, proposes what should happen next, and hands work to specialists who carry it to a finished deliverable, such as a plan, a document, a design or outreach.
How it meets the SaaP Test
- It remembers. Conversations, decisions, documents and connected tools carry over from one channel and one day to the next.
- It acts without being opened. The next tasks show up on the founder’s focus board, and a morning brief covers what moved and what needs them.
- It owns outcomes. Work is carried to a finished deliverable, and the founder hears what was done.
- The founder stays in charge. Anything that leaves the business waits for the founder’s approval, and any task can be redirected or stopped.
- It adds capacity. The founder’s time goes to decisions and approvals, not to operating a separate tool for every job.
Why it matters
Most of the founders CoFounder.AI serves never had a team to replace. For them, a partner is not a substitute for anyone. It is capacity they did not have before, with the authority left where it belongs.
